Pursuant to the notice from the higher-level authorities, and in alignment with global trends in vocational education, to serve the establishment of a high-level opening-up paradigm in the new era and deepen practical cooperation in vocational education under the Belt and Road Framework, the 2025 Inaugural Boao Vocational Education Development Conference will be held from December 5 to 8, 2025, at the Boao Forum for Asia International Conference Center in Qionghai, Hainan, following thorough preparations.

为顺应全球职业教育发展趋势，服务构建新时代高水平对外开放格局，深化“一带一路”框架下的职业教育务实合作，经充分筹备，定于2025年12月5日至8日，在海南琼海博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心举办“2025首届博鳌职业教育发展大会”（以下简称“大会”）。大会是由海南省教育厅推荐，海南省商务厅审核公示入选2025年海南省重点支持培育会议。
大会以“国际合作高水平，产教融合高质量”为主题，以搭建全球性对话平台、促进“一带一路”沿线国家职业教育协同创新为核心目标。本届大会将涵盖高端论坛、技能展演、成果展示与产业对接等多重板块，旨在打造一个集理念交流、经验分享、项目合作于一体的国际盛会，为全球职业教育的可持续与高质量发展汇聚智慧、探索路径。
