New Chapter in China-Brazil Cooperation: The 2025 Brazil Cooperative Enterprise Leadership Advanced Training Class Successfully Held

From May 10th to 15th, under the guidance of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade successfully hosted the 2025 Brazil Cooperative Enterprise Leadership Advanced Training Class. Over 40 senior managers from cooperative enterprises in Rondônia State, Brazil, in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and education, successfully completed the training program.

Wang Lei, a second - level inspector from the Department of International Cooperation of the All - China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. This advanced training class, as an important humanities exchange project in the field of China-Brazil cooperative economy, focused on the core topic of Rebuilding Enterprise Leadership in the Digital Transformation Era. It adopted a three - in - one training model that integrates course theory training, visits to benchmark enterprises, and immersion in Chinese culture. This model aimed to help Brazilian participants explore the secrets of enterprise innovation and development in the digital age, unlock operational bottlenecks of China-Brazil cooperative enterprises, and continuously empower the economic and cultural exchanges between the two countries.

 

During the theoretical learning session, the Brazilian participants attended several innovative management lectures, covering four modules: cutting-edge strategies in new media marketing, practical wisdom in enterprise leadership and management innovation, technological innovation in AI - empowered enterprise operations, and collaborative development models in cooperative economic management.

In the practical cognition session, the Brazilian participants visited top Chinese technology companies such as Unitree, iFLYTEK, Alibaba, and Lianlian Payment, embarking on an immersive technological experience journey. The school will use this training activity as an opportunity to further deepen China-Brazil cultural exchanges and educational cooperation. In line with President Xi Jinping's speech at the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the China-CELAC Forum, the school is committed to actively promoting the construction of the Five Major Projects between China and Latin America.
