Recently, the 2024 China-Foreign Cooperative Education Promotion Exhibition, hosted by the China Education International Exchange Association for a week, was successfully held both online and offline. The school's prisident Chen Dequan was invited to attend the online opening ceremony and made a speech.



Chen Dequan interpreted the macro policy of Chinese-foreign cooperative education and introduced the development context and characteristics of the school's Chinese-foreign cooperative education. He said that as an important carrier of education opening to the outside world, Chinese-foreign cooperative education has played a significant role in promoting the construction of China's vocational education system, broadening talent training paths, and enhancing the international influence and competitiveness of vocational education. It is an important link and bridge connecting Chinese higher education with higher education in various countries around the world. He hoped that under the guidance of the Belt and Road initiative, through Chinese-foreign cooperative education, we can effectively integrate high-quality educational resources along the countries, further expand the level of international talent training in China's vocational colleges, and enhance the school's international influence.



During the promotion exhibition, Si Yinxia, the dean of the school of International Education, conducted a promotion for the Sino-foreign cooperative education specialty of the Hagh Karelia Digital Technology and Operation Joint College. Focusing on college construction and professional development, she introduced the Chinese-foreign cooperative educational institutions and Sino-Finnish cooperative colleges for candidates and their parents in detail. She also provided an in-depth interpretation of relevant information such as the training mode, training objectives, teaching characteristics, enrollment plan, admission policies, etc. of two majors: e-commerce and hotel management and digital operation. She also specifically answered questions that were of interest to students and their parents.



This year's promotion exhibition set up an independent promotional website, with a total of 73 Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions and projects from 55 colleges and universities in 21 provinces and cities across the country participating in the exhibition. The foreign partner colleges come from 20 countries and regions. The participating institutions and projects have been approved and reviewed by the Ministry of Education or submitted to the Ministry of Education for archival filing after local approval. The cooperative majors cover engineering, medicine, management, arts, and other disciplines. This online promotion exhibition effectively guided candidates to scientifically and rationally choose Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions and projects, attracting a total of 550,000 participants in live interaction.
